you like our band, we like you more

thanks to everyone who came out to our show at the oak on thursday, you guys supplied the energy allowing us to break out of our long lived summer shells. our set contained a couple tunes from our first record which you can get from us, and all the songs from our latest EP which will be physically manifested very soon. the remainder of the tunes will (hopefully sooner than later) be recorded and released for all of your listening pleasures via the belgian era "The Horse, the Carriage, and the Leopard Flame" album and the present farmhouse era "Night Flowers" album. we hope you guys continue to come support us in our epic endeavors of putting music first in our lives (and celebration second) in the coming semester and also that maybe our music might inspire you to stray from the bullshit and stick to simpler, more joyous things in life. all you guys rock, and if you listen close enough to the wind blowing softly at 2:30 AM you can almost hear the sound of headyfest summoning you all........

Introducing

For those of you who have not met Kevin. THIS is Kevin. Right above this text is the newest member of the Gambler. Kevin Tucker McCallister. His name inspires courage in the face of criminals much like Kevin from Home Alone. Kevin is brave and will protect the band and its music.

In other news,

We still live in Otego. Eric Lenge is becoming head chef at Stella Luna. Pretty damn impressive he's only been there 8 months and has already become the boss. Jamey is still cleaning up hair clippings from salon room floors. Dan Votke has a girlfriend who also has red hair. Dan Meltzer has his own apartment in Oneonta and a new keyboard. Dylan lives in Oneonta with our best friend Kasumi. Okay actually Dan V, Dan M, and Dylan, and Myself and Eric all have girlfriends and Jamey painted his room Green.

Brownstein our beloved mouse of 18 years died a few weeks ago. I will post video of his memorial soon.

I still work at a gas station.

Lock and Load is pretty much done... we just have to ya know ... get it printed.

We have a pool table... full size

The new batman movie rules ... why maggie though... get someone hotter dammit.

I think the olympics are in Beijing...
